I’m honestly in shock. I took time off work, drove two hours round trip, and spent money on gas, only for Dr. Kurt Bailey at Integrative Health and Wellness to tell me I’m “not a good fit.” It felt like he picks and chooses his clients based on his mood or whatever “target demographic” he wants, which is both concerning and predatory, not to mention unprofessional.
His new patient forms were VERY personal, asking for my Social Security number and employer. Since it was my first visit, I didn’t feel comfortable sharing all that yet, so I put “Taylor Swift” for my employer and “pizza” as the reason for my health issues. The receptionist said that was fine. But then Dr. Bailey came into the room, ignored my actual concerns, fixated on the forms, and immediatly said I “wasn’t a good fit.” He was dismissive and made me feel like my issues didn’t matter—just because I don’t fit his “target demographic.”
If you’re a woman and want to avoid what I consider concerning and gross behavior, do yourself a favor and stay far away. I can’t wrap my head around how he treats people in what’s supposed to be a professional healthcare setting. Avoid him! (Sad because his receptionist and nurse were polite and friendly)

I’ve been regularly seeing Dr. Bailey for over a year now for PCOS, hormone regulation and more. He has always gone above and beyond with how thorough he’s been. I look and feel 1000x better than I did last year and I’ve managed to dump the 100’s of dollars I was spending on supplements that weren’t really doing what I needed them to do. 10/10 recommend booking your appt for any hormonal or autoimmune issues you may have!
Had a skin care appt with Holly ! . I absolutely love the feeling I have leaving my appointment with her every time . She’s very knowledgeable in what she does and you could tell she loves helping people . I will forever be a client of hers and I’m already looking forward to my next appt !
Unprofessional attitude over the phone and they don’t care about keeping their clients. I spent over 8000 dollars in this place and they asked me to pay before my appointment a week a head which doesn’t make sense. Last year I paid after I had received the treatments and this year they asked me to pay before my appointment the full amount of money. Payment policy has been changed properly without any notification. If there is less than one star I will go with it. Not recommend to anyone.
I've gone to various chiropractors and massage clinics all over washington and Idaho for many years now due to multiple neck injuries. Dr. Keller is by far the best chiropractor I've found. It's hard to relax when people are messing with your neck but his professionalism and technique makes it easy. No quick or rough movements. Everything is nice and easy. While going to this clinic I've also had the pleasure of getting massage therapy from Esther who is a life saver for sore and tense muscles. She takes the time to focus on what is needed but has the knowledge and skill to work other areas that help. Last but not least is the front desk coordinator Cynthia who is always pleasant with her greetings and scheduling. She is great!
I've had crippling post-operative right hip pain from a recent infected total hip replacement, treated with daily IV antibiotics at St. Joseph's hospital for 6 weeks. The VA approved and referred me here; it took over 3 months to get my first appointment scheduled. Sadly, my second appointment WOULD have been scheduled more than 3 months after the first one. If they could not accommodate my needs, they should have informed me, and not waste the last 3 months waiting for treatment. Never thought I would say this, but they are SLOWER than the VA. Nice facility, but terrible service! My questions were not answered. This dissatisfied Marine will look elsewhere for further care.

Dr Justin Keller is amazing, I've been to chiropractors for 15 years all over the country and he got stuff adjusted that no ever has and I feel amazing. Definitely recommend
I appreciate the quality and service provided at Integrative Health. Holly is a fantastic esthetician who cares about her clients and it’s always a pleasant and enjoyable experience when I go to see her for Salt Facials or Hydrafacials. Kasey is so knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions about other services this clinic offers so I can utilize treatments that best fit me! The office staff are always warm and inviting! It truly is a comfortable place and I encourage anyone to check out what services are offered.
They offer so many services at this location but I only had the Dermaplaning and waxing done by Hollie. She was fast, efficient and knowledgeable about her part of the service and a friendly person too. I’m looking forward to being one of her regular clients.
This review is a long time coming, but honestly there aren’t words good enough to express how thankful I am for Dr. Bailey and his staff. I started seeing Esther for massage therapy almost two years ago. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she educates you along the way. After two years of extreme exhaustion and my primary care physician brushing off my request for more Thyroid testing, I made an appointment with Dr. Bailey. He ran tests that confirmed I have Hashimoto’s. A year later, during a regular blood work up he noticed a shift in numbers and started additional testing that eventually found Thyroid cancer. Through those scary months of waiting, and now through treatment, Dr. Bailey and Karen have been supportive and quick in answering all my questions. They’ve repeatedly checked in with me, and their staff have been encouraging and understanding (even if that means comforting me while I cry during visits). Kasey and Holly have provided support, relaxation and a safe place through IV drips and facials. If you’re looking for an office that truly cares about their patients Integrative Health is the place for you!

Dr Bailey and his staff are wonderful! They make you so comfortable. They offer so many products. You can get a massage then a adjustment on your back and walk out feeling like a million bucks. I have been going to Dr.Bailey and Karen for about 20 years and going to keep going back!

I wouldn't recommend. Everyone was wonderfully nice but the cost for 10 minutes is kind of high and I've been waiting on blood work results for a few weeks. I think if you have the money give them a try but if your not swimming in cash I would say a big NO.

The receptionists are kind and pleasant each time I come in. The gal that takes me back to the room to see Justin is friendly. She offers to put a heating pad on my back and it feels oh so good! Justin, the chiropractor listens to my symptoms and then goes to work to make me feel better! I highly recommend seeking help here to achieve better health.
Have gone here a handful of times for misc. treatments from Kasey Landrus, she is amazing, gentle, (beautifulllll) and professional. I love being educated on all of the services they offer, along with recommendations and just general friendly chats! The front desk staff is always really nice and responsive to calls and online messages. I never have a long wait and getting scheduled in is always a breeze as well. The building is incredibly easy to access (not hidden away, no steps) with plenty of parking, and its very clean inside at all times! If I had experienced this when I was young, I would not be here today but I am listening now, as I might not have listened as an 18 year old. It was the best use of my money ever! My face is finally getting the attention it deserves, the quality products are easy to use as a routine, my face feels so much better, and the care that both Kasey and Kayla gave me felt like I was listened to and cared for. Everything was explained in detail and the options for my next treatment were clear. I look forward to next time.

Yesterday was my first visit to a chiropractor. Kurt and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I was at ease the entire time and immediately knew that I was in good hands. After my first visit, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I had a work injury and was lucky enough to get referred here. I discovered a great Chiro, massage therapist AND somewhere to get great skincare help. I highly recommend. Every one is extremely nice and and environment is welcoming!
I was scheduled for 8:30am and arrived on time. I waited 26 mins and still had not been taken back to a room. A Chiropractic appointment should not take an hour nor has it in the past. I would have appreciated a heads up that the provider was running behind schedule so early in the morning.
Dr. Bailey and Dr Keller are truly kind and compassionate. I have called countless times asking either for myself or daughter to get in without an appt. due to neck pain or ribs go out. In their busy schedule they make it happen. Especially for my teenage daughter. I am so thankful and grateful for them. Thank you for all that you and your team does for us.

I saw Justin Keller for my back pain a couple times over the span of 3-4 years. He was super great and I really like that he does things as minimally as possible. Minimal appointments and minimal adjustments. He is definitely my go to!

I was so pleased with how gentle Dr. Keller was, and how easily he was able to get my adjustment done. Kasey was so fun and did a BEAUTIFUL job on my lip fillers. This was my first time getting filler and we did 1 syringe of Jeuvederm Ultra. I’m obsessed and will be forever coming back to see her for my injections.

Kayla is amazing! My very first hydrafacial was so great. She explained all the contents of what she was using on my face and let me know of the benefits of each one. She also explained what she was doing (e.g., extracting dirt and oil from my pores) as she was doing it. I was very impressed with her professionalism and kind and friendly personality. I have been seeing Dr. Bailey for many years. With and without having insurance. My level of care has never been anything less than exceptional. When it seems like you're waiting linger than you should, just remember, he is giving the same attention to detail, education, and care to all his other patients that he will be giving you. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my 63 years of life. I received a gift certificate from my daughter for $250. The RN who saw me didn't give me examination but by looking, not closely, said that what I wanted done would just come back. She made me feel old and lost cause. Was not friendly at all. And then they said a kit might help. And that was $225! It's not even worth me coming back for the extra $25. Plus I had to cancel one time period and then the 2nd time I had to cancel because I had covid and they were going to charge me for that period my doctor doesn't even do that. I feel like the provider not only didn't give me the time of day or listen to my concerns but was wasting her time as well as mine

Had a follow up visit with Dr. Bailey after having a small problem after my last visit. Nothing serious, just a slight sore spot. He wanted to check it out and make sure it didn't manifest into something serious. We chatted, he looked spot over and said all is well...then we chatted more beings it went so quick and he was very professional and polite.
